About us
As the association of Swiss plastic recyclers, the VSPR represents the interests of all stakeholders involved in plastics recycling in Switzerland. In addition to the recycling of household packaging, it primarily promotes the recycling of plastic waste from industry and commerce as well as plastic recycling in the agricultural sector. The association is the competence center and point of contact for all questions relating to plastics recycling in Switzerland.
The association is managed by a seven-member board and an office that represents the association externally.
Office
The head office is responsible for the operational management of the association, member support, marketing and communication.
Management Board
The members of the Board of Directors represent the different perspectives and stakeholder groups in the field of plastics recycling and topics such as the circular economy, science, resource management and sustainability.
Expert commission
An expert commission "Quality Assurance Plastics Recycling" ensures the continuous improvement and adaptation of standards to the constantly changing framework conditions. It recommends measures, approaches and topics for the further development of plastics recycling.
