A visit to Vogt Plastic in Rheinfelden
On June 24, 2025, we had the pleasure of welcoming our members to a special event: This year's VSPR member event took us to one of our long-standing partners - Vogt Plastic GmbH - at its state-of-the-art recycling plant in Rheinfelden (DE).
In glorious summer weather, around 40 representatives from our member companies gathered for an exciting afternoon of plastics recycling at the highest technical level.
Exclusive insights
After a warm welcome and a brief introduction by VSPR and Vogt Plastic, the participants were given exclusive insights into the various processing steps at the TReCO plant in small guided groups - from sorting and cleaning to the production of high-quality recycled pellets.
Great interest from participants
In the final round of questions, the participants showed great interest in the technical details, but also in the regulatory and market conditions for plastics recycling in Switzerland and Europe. The open exchange provided an opportunity for new perspectives and stronger networking within the industry.
We would like to thank Vogt Plastic GmbH for their hospitality and all the participants for their commitment. The event once again showed how important personal exchange and a direct look behind the scenes are for a successful circular economy.
